Whole Body Golf™ is a teaching method that teaches, through movement, how to adapt the body to the requirements of golf physical and mental basics. It is then that we can effectively teach golf techniques.

Golf is about ease and freedom of motion and developing a feel for each shot. What makes us better golfers and makes the game enjoyable is a swing that feels effortless yet powerful, as opposed to the disappointing product of a powerful effort.

Our program specifically designed to teach, through movement, how to improve all aspects of the golf game by re-connecting with our natural abilities to move, think and feel.
