
Body and motion Good golf form is reflected in freedom of motion. Movement is crucial to becoming a better golfer and to making the game more enjoyable. It is difficult to perform and repeat effective golf swings until the correct motion pattern is established in your memory. Coaching for awareness and comprehension improves body motion. We weren’t born with the motion required to swing a golf club. We cannot change our skeleton or muscle systems, so we learn to adapt our body to fit the requirements of golf’s physical basics. |
